But it gets even better!
Because this isn’t just a regular meditation audio program
Apart from meditaiton, this program incorporates 2 very powerful technologies: Hypnosis and Binaural Beats. But more on that later!
Have you ever tried to meditate?
Do you even have an idea of what to do during meditation?
o
So many schools of meditation teach us that we need to clear our mind to nothing. In other words, they’re trying to tell us that we should have zero thoughts when meditating. Hmm... Well, how has that worked for you?
Emptying your mind would be fine and dandy if you were a Himalayan Monk meditating 10 hours a day on a mountain. But I can almost bet that if you put those Monks in a “real world” situation, that their chance for shutting their thoughts down to zero would be just about equal to your chance of doing so; Moreover, I’m willing to bet that if you are on this website you haven’t been very successful with it. But don’t worry, because you are not the only one!
Did you know that even Buddha, the enlightened Monk, advocated that meditation wasn’t about clearing your mind and bringing your thoughts to nothing.
“The thought manifests as the word. The word manifests as the deed. The deed develops into habit. And the habit hardens into character. So watch the thought and its ways with care.” - Buddah
Rather, meditation is about being centered with clarity and calm at whatever thoughts and feelings arise during meditation, so that you can guide your thoughts to creating your life from wisdom and care while in meditation.
Moreso, the effects of a balanced meditation practice should carry through your daily life despite what is happening around you.
“Serenity is not freedom from the storm, but peace amidst the storm.”
But I am not here to discuss the philosophy of meditation with you, there are enough websites for that. I just want to help you receive the benefits of it.
Better Than Therapy! I made a commitment to myself to start meditating twice a day. After procrastinating for a while I came upon Matt's CD. The first time I used it I found it very easy to use. It started with basic relaxation and then just using two tones to synchronize your breathing. Simple.
Well, during the second session I started feeling uncomfortable. Over the course of the next few days I started remembering events from years ago that I had forgotten. I stuck with the meditation and set the intention that whatever needed to be resolved, I was ready to really face it and let it go. The meditation sessions became more uncomfortable. (I started actively disliking the two tones at one point.) Then, yesterday, I had an amazing breakthrough. I saw clearly for the first time events that happened in early childhood. I was able to really feel the pain from it and let it go. Thank you! Lia Andrews L.Ac - Los Angeles, Ca.

Wonderful! - But how is this program different from other meditation programs?
As mentioned earlier, incorporated into this meditation are two powerful technologies: Hypnosis and Binaural Beats (which will be discussed in more detail shortly)! However, even with these great technologies there’s a good chance that you will not be able to keep a consistent meditation practice unless you have a powerful program that is easy and simple to follow. In order for that to happen, you need a program that sticks to the K.I.S.S. rule while keeping the concepts of meditation in tact.
Unfortunately, too many programs and audio CDs made meditation very difficult.
In almost all of the meditation courses, cds and programs, there is an emphasis on focusing on breath and learning how to improve upon breathing through deep slow rhythmic breaths. And rightly so! There have been numerous studies on the benefits of deep slow breathing. However, too many meditation protocols made even focusing on breath too challenging. For Ex: quite a few recommend counting your breaths in and out for specific number of seconds and even a certain count for holding your breaths in between. This may not seem difficult at first but when you incorporate it in a program that consists of breathing and focusing this way for 15-30 minutes at a time, daily, it became extremely monotonous and challenging for many practitioners.
With that said, deep slow rhythmic breathing is crucial in receiving the benefits of meditation. The carryover benefits of deep slow breathing is what can make meditation stand above other programs for relaxation and stress relief.
This type of focused breathing for minutes a day showed marked improvement in the health of medical issues such as hypertension.
One such study was included in an issue of “Journal of Human Hypertension” in which they concluded: “...deep breathing ... is an effective non-pharmacological modality to reduce BP (Blood Pressure). Many of these studies showed such improvement in as little as 2 weeks of following a deep breathing protocol. Furthermore, results measured months after the study showed consistent success even after they stopped the deep breathing exercise! An effect uncommon with traditional meditation and self-hypnosis relaxation audio programs.
So it was crucial to incorporate a deep slow meditative breathing technique in this program. But to do it in a way that is fun and easy so that using it on a daily basis was more then do-able.
“I love this program! Usually when I meditate, my mind wanders. With these mp3s, it seems impossible for my mind to wander, because it is so busy paying attention to the breathing, which is what they always tell you to do, "Pay attention to your breathing." That was always hard for me to do, until I listened to these mp3s. After a while listening, I noticed that my body had become relaxed, but my mind was still focused on the breathing tones.” Carol Henderson - Overland Park, KS
Some benefits of Deep Slow Meditative Breathing.

- Slow breathing soothes and relaxes the nervous system.
- Helps in the proper functioning of the pineal and the pituitary glands.
- Slow, deep breathing flushes out toxins, digests food and helps in controlling weight.
- Diaphragmatic breathing massages the organs in the abdomen area. Organs like the pancreas, liver and the heart get massaged and the circulation also improves.
- Improves the texture of the skin.
- It makes the heart healthier by decreasing the organic workload.
- Increases the capacity of the lungs and oxygenates the tissues of the body.
- Slow breathing improves concentration.
I really want this to work but my thoughts race at a 1,000 miles a minute. Will this program help me?
If this program only used what has been mentioned so far, with the special meditative technique embedded within this meditation, most definitely yes! However, this program goes even further in helping you achieve deep focus and concentration for meditation by adding:
HYPNOSIS!
In this program hypnosis is used as a tool to help you transition into meditation from your busy life, so that you can move smoothly into the meditative deep breathing process of this program.
Hypnosis has proven to be an amazing instrument in helping individuals create deep concentration. It has worked very well in helping people release the “outside” world by moving them toward the powerful inner resources of the subconscious mind. This is why it has been so influential in the Olympic and Professional sports arena. It works!
It is a common site catching an athlete closing his or her eyes before competition to help “block out” the outside world so that they can use hypnosis in helping them slow down their thoughts and concentrate them into a laser beam focus for the task at hand.
This is exactly how hypnosis is used in this program so that you can easily transition from the outside world into the “task at hand” - Meditation! Moreso, Hypnosis has produced some amazing health benefits. Benefits that help supercharge this program.
“Thank you! This is a great meditation! I had the beginnings of a migraine headache and just after the first few deep breaths I could feel all of the muscles in my head and neck relax and the headache was gone and it did not return!” Anne Murphy - Falconer
With the combination of hypnosis, deep rhythmic breathing and meditation, this would be enough to offer you an amazingly effective yet simple program to get your daily meditation practice up and running. But, this program goes even one step further by adding Binaural beats within each audio track.
I wanted to make sure that you had the most potent tools in this meditation program to help you to lead a more stress free life so that you can live with more balance and harmony.
If you haven’t heard about binaural beats then you are in for a deep relaxation treat. And if you have, then you know the benefits of this technology.
What are binaural beats?
Well, without getting too technical binaural beats are rhythmic humming sounds that are created by playing two simple tones in the right and left ear. These beats have been shown to alter brainwave frequencies resulting in an altered state of awareness.
Binaural beats can be used to change the predominant brain wave frequency. It has been said that by changing the predominant brain wave frequency of the brain one may feel any number of effects including:
Some benefits of binaural beats
- Stress reduction
- Change in consciousness
- Feeling of "oneness"
- Detached Awareness
- Health improvements
- Increased memory functioning
- Increased focus
- Increased energy flow
- Increased creativity
- Increased intuitive knowledge
- And more...
This program pretty much takes out all the guess work of meditation for you, while keeping the OPTIMUM benefits of a deep meditative practice. No need to count your breathing, or to slow your thoughts down to nothing. Also this program is more fun to listen to then other programs that only play music to help you relax and meditate.
“...I can say, without a doubt, that I am a disciple - Matt's simple, proven methods will open up doors inside of you and help you break through to new levels of enlightenment. I may sound like a zealot now, but I was once pretty skeptical about meditation (and hypnosis) in general. Learning the correct practice of breathing and meditation has literally changed my life. Thank you Matt!" Brendon John Kelley - Actor, Model, Producer, Writer, Fitness Professional.
Use the essentials of meditation, deep breathing, hypnosis and binaural beats into one powerfully effective inward process to help you overcome subconscious blocks and release stress. This meditation will help keep you on the road of centeredness, balance and harmony.
With less then 18 minutes a day you can be meditating like a zen monk, even with a schedule on the go!
The average breaths during “waking” state is anywhere from 12-20 breaths per minute . Studies have shown benefits of deep breathing start to surface at around an average of 10 breaths per minute for 15 minutes a day. This program will help ease you down to 3-8 breaths per minute for 15-28 minutes a day to achieve the optimum benefits of meditation!
